confession: I love the US Constitution

Whether you agree or disagree, we are all entitled to our opinion, right?  The healthcare bill  passed this week means that major portions of the US Constitution will effectively have been destroyed.

First, the power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. No more balance of power. Power is being transferred to the Obama Administration over the lives of the American people, and the businesses they own. The irony is that the Congress doesn’t have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with!

Tell me where in the text of the U.S. Constitution is authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care???  Or to “create rights” for the people?  No, we are “endowed by  our Creator with certain unalienable rights…”

Hmmm. does that mean the Obama Administration is “the Creator” or maybe Nancy Pelosi.  Wow. Maybe.

The Obama Administration (who run the plan) will now have access to all of your personal healthcare information – your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. This is a direct violation of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution, which is protection against unreasonable searches and seizures.
And most obvious, the violation of the 10th Amendment to the Constitution – ” The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Not according to the Obama Administration, THEY have power OVER all the States and the People. Why do you think 17 States are already suing the US Gov??? For fun? Wrong. Very wrong.
Whether you agree or disagree, we are all entitled to our opinion, right? My biggest objection was not even voiced in my previous post.
